1. What types of care do you provide?
We provide non-medical care like bathing, grooming, dressing, meal prep, companionship, transportation, and respite. All support is personalized and delivered in the home.

2. Do I need Medicaid or insurance to use your services?
No. We accept private pay clients and are applying to become a Medicaid Waiver provider through Indiana’s A&D Waiver program.

3. What’s the difference between personal care and skilled care?
Personal care is non-medical, such as hygiene and daily living support. Skilled care involves clinical procedures like wound care or injections, which only nurses can provide.

4. Can a family member become my caregiver?
Yes, in some cases. Under the Structured Family Caregiving (SFC) program, live-in family members may qualify for pay. We will offer this service soon.

5. What happens during the first visit?
We discuss your needs, daily routine, preferences, and safety to create a care plan. We also match you with a caregiver who fits your personality and schedule.

6. How do you choose which caregiver to send?
We match caregivers based on your needs, values, language preference, and availability. If something’s not a fit, we’ll make it right.

7. What if I only need a few hours per week?
That’s okay! We offer flexible schedules — from occasional help to daily care.

8. Are your caregivers trained and background-checked?
Yes. All caregivers pass background checks and complete training in personal care, infection control, client rights, and emergency procedures.

9. Do you serve Spanish-speaking clients?
Yes. We speak English and Spanish and will match bilingual caregivers when needed.

10. Can I call your office with questions or concerns?
Always. We value open communication. You can call us anytime to ask questions, share concerns, or update your care needs.
